@TACOMADOTFM – The Foss Waterway Seaport, Puget Sound’s maritime heritage, education and event center, will officially welcome and host the Willits Brothers Canoe Rendezvous, Saturday, October 8th and Sunday, October 9th. FREE for all visitors with paid admission to the Foss Waterway Seaport.
Foss Waterway Seaport Executive Director, Wesley Wenhardt said, “We are delighted to invite and welcome Willits canoe owners, enthusiasts and visitors to the Seaport and tell the intriguing story of two brothers who built some of the finest canoes ever made, and give the public the opportunity to reengage and reconnect with the Tacoma waterfront.
The museum is open Wednesday through Saturday, 10am to 4pm and Sunday, noon to 4pm. Admission: free for Seaport members, $10.00 for Adults, $8.00 for Children (5 +), Students, Military, and Seniors (62+), $25.00 for a Family Pass (up to 2 adults and 4 children) Parking is available adjacent to the Seaport. Public moorage is available with power and water, and is within walking distance of restaurants, museums and downtown.
